Q: Where Are Products Manufactured?
A: We're proud to say that all of our menu cover products are manufactured here in the USA. We deliver our menu products all over the world with a focus on North America, Europe and Australia.

Q: What are normal lead and shipping times?

A: Times vary depending on menu style and on quantity ordered. We endeavor to produce and ship all custom menu orders within 2-4 weeks from order confirmation. Some stock accessories and a selection of Cafe Style Menu Covers can ship in 7-14 days. Shipping is via UPS Ground and estimated times are as follows:

Zip Codes Beginning With 0, 1, 2 take 1 to 2 Business Days.

Zip Codes Beginning With 3, 4 take 2 to 3 Business Days. 

Zip Codes Beginning With 5, 6, 7 take 3 to 4 Business Days.

Zip Codes Beginning With 8, 9 take 4 to 5 Business Days
We are not responsible for delays in transit.

Q: How do I get a Sample?
A: One free sample of most products can be shipped to a customer within the US. Please speak with a customer representative about your order requirements and request your sample.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: A Return Authorization (RA) number is mandatory and may be issued by a Customer Service Representative within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. For ID purposes, Return Authorization Numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of all packages being returned.

Returns must be received within 10 days of a Return Authorization Number being issued.

An authorized return may be returned for replacement or credit, less a 20% restocking fee and only after inspection and approval.Shipping charges (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be in new condition (not used in any way). Customized and non-stock items are non-returnable.

Q: How do I Imprint my Menu Covers with Logo Customization
A: You may select from a variety of methods based on product material. Foil Stamping is available on all Platinum and Luxury Collection Products except Copper Fusion and Sherwood. Blind Emboss or raised imprint is available on Copper Fusion. Blind Deboss or recessed imprint without color is available on the following lines: Hazeltine, Hazeltine Deluxe, Charleston, Bristol, Edged Forrest, Forrest, Hanover, Avery and Elation along with a variety of our In Room Directories, Placemats and Tablemats.
